HAPPY SEPTEMBER

Already second month of the school year. Open Houses went great. Thank you so much to all the families who attended.

  • TUITION DUE: Tuition is due Sept. 1st - On Sept. 5th $50 late payment fee will be added to accounts with a balance.

  • PIZZA PARTY: Sept. 25th. IF PARTICIPATING, YOU WILL NOT NEED TO SEND LUNCH ON THAT DAY. SEND $5 no later than Sept. 23rd.

  • SCHOOL CLOSING: SEPTEMBER 7 – LABOR DAY

  • GRANDPARENT’S Day: We welcome all our Grandparents to attend school on Sept. 11 at 9am. Grandparents are a very important part of our school family and we would love to meet them. Teachers will have an activity planned for the grandparents. If the grandparent coming does not speak English, do not worry. We will take good care of them. We would love to have all grandparents. But only grandparents will be allowed. No parents allowed for this activity. We usually get about 4 grandparents per class. Your child will not feel left out. We share grandparents so all children can participate.

  • UNIFORMS: Proper uniforms need to be worn everyday. Jeans and pink pants are not part of the uniform attire. It is very important that children come to school dressed appropriately. Sandals or open toe shoes are not allowed, children wearing them will not be allowed to play in the playground for their own safety.

  • PARTIES: Parents often like to bring special treats for the children in their child’s class or for birthday parties. We welcome special treats for the children, but we do ask that parents bring only store bought products with the ingredient label attached. Due to allergies we need to be able to read all ingredients in the treats and any allergy warnings.

  • EXTRACURRICULARS: Information about extracurriculars has been sent via email. Please, stop by office if you did not receive one or if you had difficulty opening the email attachment.

  • Parent/Teacher conferences: All teachers are beginning to send notes home to schedule the first Parent/Teacher conferences. All parents will be meeting their child’s teacher to go over how their child is doing in class so far. Remember, the teachers might have recommendations which will serve to help your child. We hope you find these meetings productive and informational. Our goal is to establish communication between school and home for the benefit of your child. Remember your child’s success in school is based on teamwork. We can’t do it without you. If you are unable to attend, we can schedule phone or email conferences as well. Thank you.
